AMF Instructor Division

AMF has recognized that Directors of Instruction and other accomplished teachers need a unique array of professional services to help them protect their careers and grow their businesses. 	Teaching Operations Survey AMF conducts a comprehensive teaching operations survey of our members that allows members to make valuable comparisons between their operation and those at similar facilities. This unique database allows members to make a single contact to gather this valuable information. Most importantly, the information collected in this survey is protected by a strict confidentiality agreement.
	Exclusive Compensation information Access to the industry's most comprehensive compensation information. If you are considering a new teaching job or negotiating a new contract, AMF will provide you with the most detailed compensation information in the industry in astrictly confidential report.
	Contract Review Assistance with contract negotiations and contract review. When your contract comes up for review or you consider a new job offer, our staff lawyer will review your contract with you.
	Exclusive Job Announcements Exclusive access to the AMF Job Announcement Board including the ability for you to broadcast open positions on your staff exclusively to other AMF members.
	Exclusive Business Templates Member-only business templates including cutting edge information on writing a comprehensive job description, creating an action plan for managment, building an effective website, working with the media, branding essentials, constructing a teaching building, time management and instructor resume writing.

	Member Assistance Program Members have access to our MAP program administered by Bensinger & Dupont to provide up to three consultations at no-charge for work-related stress, alcohol or drug problems and financial issues. These benefits are also extended to our members' immediate family. These services are provided with complete confidentiality.
	Out-placement Services AMF has developed comprehensive services to assist our members when their employment status changes.  These include resume revision and development, interview strategies, assistance in the search for a new position and networking opportunities.
